Xiaomi has introduced the premium variant of the Redmi 4A in India. The new Xiaomi Redmi 4A variant comes with 3 GB RAM and 32 GB of storage and priced at Rs. 6,999. The smartphone was introduced in Indian market in March 2017 but only 2GB/16GB storage variant is up for sale till now.

Xiaomi India’s Managing Director and Vice President Manu Kumar Jain also tweeted that 3GB RAM and 32GB storage variant of Xiaomi Redmi 4A will be available from August 31 on several other e-commerce sites, including MI.com. This phone will be available on Amazon India, Flipkart, PayTM and Tata Click and Mi Home. All the other specifications of the new variants are the same as the original variants.
Xiaomi Redmi 4A Features and Specifications:
This smartphone has a 5-inch 720p HD display and is powered by 1.4 GHz Quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor. The smartphone comes in two variants now 2/3 GB of RAM and 16/32 GB of internal storage, further extended up to 128 GB with the help of micro SD card.
Xiaomi Redmi 4A runs on MIUI 8 operating system based on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. Inside it has 3120 mAh battery to power the phone.
Camera and Connectivity:
For photography, Xiaomi Redmi 4A has a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash. Also, a 5-megapixel front camera is provided for selfies and video calling purpose.
For connectivity, features like 4G LTE, VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, and GPS. Xiaomi Redmi 4A also has an IR Blaster, with which you can use this smartphone as a TV remote.
