Huawei launched its Honor V9 Play smartphone on Wednesday under its Honor brand. This company now also introduced the Honor 6 Play budget smartphone. Honor 6 Play has 4G VoLTE support. Honor 6 Play is available at 599 Chinese Yuan (around Rs 5,900) and this phone is available for purchase in China from Thursday. The smartphone will be available in two color variants, namely Gold and White.
Honor 6 Play Features and Specifications
Honor 6 Play has a 5 inch HD IPS display with a resolution of 720×1280 pixel density of 294 ppi. It has 1.4 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT 6737T processor with integrated Mali-T720 GPU for graphics. This phone has 2 GB RAM. This smartphone comes with 16 GB internal storage and it is expandable up to 128 GB via microSD card. This phone supports dual SIM. There is an additional button on the left side of the phone to assign different functions to it.
Talking about the camera, the phone has an 8-megapixel autofocus camera with aperture f/2.0 and LED flash. Honor 6 Play has a 5-megapixel front camera with f/2.0 aperture, LED flash and 84-degree wide angle lens for selfie and video chat.
Honor 6 Play runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow, which has EMUI 4.1 skin above it. The phone has a 3020 mAh battery, which claims to have a talk time of up to 15 hours on 3G network and standby time of up to 15 days. Up to 13 hours of video playback will be available from the phone. The dimensions of the smartphone are 143.8 x 72 x 8.85 millimeters and weighing 150 grams.
For connectivity, Honor 6 Play has features like 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 B / G / N, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, Micro USB 2.0, 3.5mm Audio Jack and FM Radio. Apart from this, the accelerometer, distance, and ambient light sensors are given in the phone.
